A system is as good as its philosophy and the quality of its components. With Q-line you can assemble your individual clamping fixture from many standard elements. No matter whether it is a single or multiple clamping.
The system rails can be geometrically combined in different ways and offer maximum flexibility in positioning our eccentric vices. A grid at 20 mm intervals and the integrated scale make the measuring setup easy.
The precision vices Q-line MIDI and Q-line MINI are mounted reproducibly by a standardized prism interface. The practical clamping bars are easy to adjust and fix the vices precise without effort.
The most outstanding feature of the Q-line clamping system are the ingenious, eccentrically arranged clamping jaws. They are precisely positioned by pins and can be quickly exchanged and fixed by means of a conical screw.
The various basic shapes cover a large range of applications. Individual versions can be produced economically with the appropriate blanks.
In addition, we also manufacture customer-specific components to specification. Due to the modular basic principle, there are almost no limits to the system.
